We want you and your little one to love every purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like bedding and face masks must be unopened to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar secure mailer, ensuring all tags and labels are still attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
